As Business Manager of a 17-person team, I oversee end-to-end operations while playing a key role in technical innovation, team leadership, and company growth. From rebranding the business and doubling our client list, to leading our tech stack migration and revamping internal policies and packages — I bring structure to chaos, strategy to growth, and people along for the ride. I’ve got a knack for bridging business and tech, guiding software projects from concept to final sign-off.
