I’m a seasoned executive and founder with over a decade of experience leading a nationally recognized recruiting and talent advisory firm, SEARCH Group Partners (SGP). As Founder & CEO, I built SGP from the ground up—serving clients like Google, Tesla, Goldman Sachs, Intermountain Health, and Vivint—while leading teams that placed thousands of professionals across tech, finance, healthcare, nonprofit, and startup sectors. My superpower is finding the impossible talent—and convincing them to join an organization. I bring a rare ability to connect with high-impact leaders, understand what truly motivates them, and guide them toward opportunities where they can thrive and make a difference. Whether scaling executive search operations or advising C-suites on succession planning, DEIB hiring, or culture strategy, I operate at the intersection of operational rigor and human-centered leadership. My work aligns people strategy with business outcomes in ways that drive long-term value. Before launching SGP, I held several roles at Robert Half International, including Managing Director of their retained executive search division in Manhattan. Those early years shaped my reputation as a trusted partner to leadership teams navigating growth, transformation, and organizational change. I’ve contributed thought leadership to outlets like Forbes, Fast Company, and The Salt Lake Tribune, and earned recognition including CEO of the Year (Utah Business), 30 Women to Watch, 40 under 40, and a Stevie® Award for Young Female Entrepreneur of the Year.
