At the heart of International Consultant Company's Project Management Office development, my focus lies in crafting strategic plans and aligning departmental goals with overarching corporate strategies. Championing Project Management Performance Indicators and Portfolio Management, my leadership is marked by an unwavering commitment to operational excellence and strategic alignment. My previous tenure at a confidential Governmental Authority honed my expertise in data management, where I spearheaded the establishment of the Data Management Department. There, my responsibilities included the creation of governance policies and the management of stakeholder relationships, ensuring the effective preservation and governance of electronic documents.
