Presently, I am working as a Business and Employment Specialist II, and I have first-hand experience of exploratory, career, training, and business service duties. In addition, I have had the opportunity to create activities that engage, support, and meet customers' needs, while providing job search assistance and helping customers prepare for the next step and stay motivated. I am a result-driven person with a passion for helping customers realize their goals and meet their employment needs. I would love to see all our customers back on their jobs and doing great. I look forward to growing and gaining new skills during my journey. I have experience connecting customers to community resources. I appreciate feedback from both my manager and colleagues and am always seeking opportunities to improve myself and contribute to my team's success. As a fluently bilingual English speaker, I understand the challenges that non-native and native speakers encounter when they require services from organizations. Moreover, my intercultural experience and interpersonal communication skills have adequately equipped me to assist these customers with my enthusiastic attitude.
