This background has allowed me to navigate complex regulatory environments, advocate for policy initiatives,achieving market access strategy and coordinate effectively between government entities and private organizations. Achievements & success stories during my job journey: 1-Receive technical committee approval on toll out manufacturing in spite of the product license is locally manufactured. 2- Success in changing technical committee decision about cancelling products of the old decree no. 370 that didn't receive the registration license before end of 2012. 4- Success in catching technical committee approval on transferring registration type of some products from under license to local in spite of the product is registered but not marketed in the COO & doesn't have CPP Certificate. 5- Repricing of 25 products ranging from 20 %- 100 % increase. 6- Leading localization project in Egypt for major products of Bayer consumer care. 7- I contributed to SKU harmonization between Egypt and several African countries, which has provided me with deeper experience and understanding of the regulatory guidelines across different African markets.This version emphasizes my role and the expanded regional expertise I’ve gained. 8- Lead pricing strategies, particularly during challenging economic conditions to align with business needs and ensure sustainability. 8- Contributed in changing promotional materials guidelines with EDA to be more flexible to serve business needs.
