About Eman Alali

A multilingual MSc Conflict Studies graduate from the London School of Economics and Political Science with skills in analysing violent conflict and its management or resolution. I concentrated on explaining the causes, dynamics, and outcomes of conflict, as well as introducing novel ideas regarding how conflicts can be better managed through institutional and non-institutional means. I fervently advocate for human rights and am a public policy critic interested in using my personal and academic knowledge to gain a deeper understanding of contemporary socio-geopolitical issues. I have extensive experience developing and executing meaningful strategic initiatives that create workplace and community value. As an intersectional consultant with a unique background in equity, diversity, and inclusion, as well as sustainability, my primary focus is on addressing multiple intersections that create barriers to justice and inclusion, as well as removing systemic barriers that are present in policies and procedures.
