I am a Saudi foodpreneur who is committed to empowering entrepreneurship through innovative projects in the culinary world that leave a lasting memory with a local stamp. That is why leading Nakhati, a premium gelato brand created with a Purpose, seemed like the perfect fit for what I want to do to support more women ready and eager to enter, manage and grow their own business. Nakhati is a Kerten Hospitality brand created by women, for women to support entrepreneurship, network building and creating a strong Ecosystem of different businesses. My true belief rests with the power of Saudi youth and the natural wealth of our lands – the valleys, seas and mountains and the harvest of the resources that allow us to be the Saudi ambassadors to the world. My personal beliefs are akin. I go for farm-to-fork culinary journeys and locally-inspired flavors and tastes.
