About Eman Ghazniwal

I am Eman Ghazniwal, a honors graduate from NorthStar American Academy with over four years of teaching experience at Bahar International Academy. I am currently an intern at Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom- Afghanistan Sector, an international organization that works for sustainable peace in conflict regions through a feminist approach. In the meantime, I am in a full-time program for learning the Norwegian language, culture, and history for successful integration into society. I am deeply passionate about education and the betterment of women's and children’s rights, especially within Afghanistan since the takeover of the Taliban. My exposure to various curricula and education systems (American, CBSE, Afghan, online, international, public, homeschooling, etc.) as an educator as well as a student has motivated me towards innovating the outdated education system in Afghanistan and making education accessible to all. I am looking for opportunities that will allow me to learn more about the administrative and technical skills in the field of education and positions that will allow me to assist Afghanistan in exile.
