About Emanuel Augusta

As a New Orleans native, I have a deep appreciation for the rich culture and history of this city. With a passion for studying and teaching the Bible ( Torah), I've spent years exploring the teachings of scripture and sharing my knowledge with others. In addition to my love of theology, I'm also a creative at heart, with a deep passion for creativity, I found a liking to woodworking and custom carpentry. Over the past six years, I've been creating unique, high-quality pieces of furniture that are both functional and beautiful. With a background in community development and a focus on industry-based education, I'm always looking for new opportunities to help others develop the skills they need to succeed. Whether through my work as a volunteer and administrator in the non-profit sector or my roles in high school education and government youth advocacy, I'm committed to empowering the next generation to achieve their goals both socially and spiritually. As an adjunct professor at Nunez Community College, I'm constantly seeking new ways to learn, grow, and make a positive impact in my community. I'm proud to be a New Orleans native, and I'm excited to continue pursuing my passions and helping others do the same.
