About Emanuel Olsson

I have for the past 8 years been working with e-commerce, helping small to big clients become successful selling online. Positioned at Jetshop which is the largest e-commerce platform in Scandinavia I started of my first 6 years helping our customers as technical support. With over customers wondering about everything from how to improve time consuming manual labour or how to find your store at the top of Googles organic search, my knowledge and interest in e-commerce has grown deeper and wider. After my years as technical support I started as a technical project manager instead helping our bigger customers go from idea to a finished product. My responsibility was everything from making the pre-study, creating mock-up, writing a technical description to managing the entire project together with the customer and our dev department. As a natural step from talking directly to our customers, feeling their needs and working so closly with our main product "Commerce Professional" I am now the product owner of our main platform. My job is to see that both future functionality and current product legacy is up to date and that our customers have all the tools they need to become successful merchants. I take much pride and joy to be able to work closely with entrepreneurs and to share my knowledge so that they hopefully become successful selling online. Areas I have been working with- Integrations - Google Analytics - SEO - T-SQL - IIS6 & IIS7 - CSS - HTML - jQuery - ERP - Visma SPCS - Mamut - Specter
