About Emanuel Ramos

Tech Lead and Senior Full-Stack Developer with 4+ years leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise e-commerce platforms at scale. I led a team of 20+ developers shipping solutions that serve millions of monthly sessions for international brands across Brazil, LATAM, and North America. Including Éxito, JW Pepper, Swarovski, and Mitsubishi.I work across the full stack with Next.js, React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Nest.js, with deep expertise in VTEX, FastStore, and high-traffic e-commerce infrastructure. I own the full delivery lifecycle: system design, architecture, CI/CD, deployment, and performance optimization. I've scaled teams from 8 to 25 engineers, expanded client portfolios from 9 to 30+ clients, and driven company growth of 85% in a single year. What sets me apart today is how I build. I use Claude Code to accelerate development workflows from intelligent code review and refactoring to debugging complex logic and documenting systems. I architect AI agent-based automations with n8n, GitHub, and Jira that reduce friction across the entire engineering cycle: automating repetitive tasks, orchestrating multi-step flows, and integrating LLMs into real production pipelines. This isn't just prompt engineering it's a shift in how I architect solutions and lead teams. I embed AI into the core of how we work so teams ship faster with higher quality.KEY SKILLSFull-Stack DevelopmentNode.js · React.js · TypeScript · Next.js · Nest.js · GraphQL · REST APIsAI-Powered DevelopmentClaude Code · Cursor · n8n · LLM Integration · AI Agent Orchestration · Agentic Pipelines · Prompt EngineeringE-commerce & PlatformsVTEX · FastStore · Magento · Headless Commerce · Composable Architecture · Payment System IntegrationTech LeadershipTeam Leadership (20+) · Technical Mentorship · System Design · Architectural Decision-Making · Code Review · Agile/ScrumPerformance & InfrastructureCore Web Vitals · SEO · Performance Optimization · CI/CD · Scalable Systems DesignGlobal ExperienceEnterprise projects delivered across Brazil, LATAM, and North America for 30+ international clients
