As Coach and Consultant I love taking care of developing ideas and people projects with focus on emotional intelligence, training experiential methods, creative processes, supporting people and teams which aim to achieve healthy and human working places in which each one can better express him/herself getting along with others with a common purpose. As Indipendent market research professional I work supporting Market Research Company on different projects working on brand positioning, re-branding, insights, launch of new products, adv test, product test, communication, offline and online qualitative projects, workshops and innovation sessions. I am passionate about the real possibility of putting self authenticity in our job, working in a creative and systemic way with people and for people. I am convinced that what is able to make us happy and efficient, in personal and working life, has a lot to do with self awareness, emotional intelligence and an authentic and meaningful purpose.
