About Emanuele Bertotti

I am a professional with solid experience in the field of marketing and communications, with skills covering a wide range of activities. Currently, I hold the role of Marketing & Communication Specialist for Southern Europe at DLL. Between July and October 2023 I took part in the most significant and impactful work experience of my career, period during which I had the opportunity to work in collaboration with Rabo Partnerships (Rabobank Group) as Strategic Marketing Consultant for EBO Sacco (Uganda), helping the financial institution EBO to develop its marketing strategy for 3 innovative products. In this role, I contributed to the development of innovative solutions in the financial sector, applying tailored marketing strategies, both online and offline, to address the specific challenges of the B2B2B and B2B2C market in which DLL operates. I also cover the role of CX Ambassador, structuring communication campaigns and internal processes to ensure that the company is truly "customer centric". I obtained a master's degree from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan, specializing in Linguistic Sciences - International Management. My final grade was 110/110 cum laude. During my university years I also dedicated time to student associations, holding the position of President of ESN Unicatt Milano - Erasmus Student Network. Thanks to a university scholarship, in 2018 I had the opportunity to dedicate time to volunteering at the non-profit organization "Giardino degli Angeli" as a volunteer at the "Jardim dos Anjos" kindergarten in Canavieiras (Brazil), an experience that taught me the importance of help and empathy in an international context. Additionally, I have solid experience as a high-level student-athlete. In 2011 I won the Italian Volleyball Junior Championship with my team, a result that contributed to shaping my determination and work ethic, as well as teaching me from a young age the importance of teamwork and being able to perform even in situations of great pressure.
