My approach is to understand the Market needs and to develop a solid relationship with the Customer, creating the basis for a long-lasting relationship. In the work environment and with the resources assigned to me, I look for personal relationships of friendly but responsible collaboration, giving the example and creating empathy to motivate and involve my collaborators on respecting the timing and the quality of the goals. Different environments, challenges and new things to learn have always been a source of enthusiasm for me.
