About Emanuele Rita
I currently work on projects across several industries, in particular Telco-Media-Technology and Energy, supporting clients in defining the best organic and inorganic growth strategies and guiding them through M&A process. I gained a decade of experience in the TMT sector working for TIM. Among the various activities followed (Marketing, Business planning and Business Monitoring), in the last three years in TIM, within the CEO Office, i coordinated the Strategic Planning team and managed Business Transformation projects, both organic and inorganic, related to core business and adjacent markets (IoT, Cloud, Cyber-security, Media). I also launched and managed, as PMO, the start-up of the PNRR workstream, which gave me an in-depth knowledge of national and European public funds. Dynamic, pragmatic and curious, i am constantly looking for new ideas and insights to broaden my skills and competences. In my spare time, i love to travel. I believe this is the best way to invest our resources and, more importantly, our time.
