About Emanuele Sacchetti

Leading Operations in an international OEM, I gained a great experience in building a global supply chain, reducing purchase costs, developing the re-layout of 4 production plants in Italy and Switzerland, increasing efficiency and productivity and reducing the lead time of the machinery. I led the Operations team in the analysis and implementation of a new ERP (SAP S4 HANA) and renewed a large part of the staff, personally selecting the personnel in order to create a close-knit, competent and highly motivated team to pursue the company's ambitious growth objectives. Covid-19 taught me to navigate uncertainty, reacting in a dynamic and creative way to unexpected obstacles. Having undertaken numerous trips for Sales purposes all around the world, I demonstrated my international culture and my excellent negotiating skills. I am a pragmatic person who work with passion to achieve the goals set. I can handle stress, meet working deadlines, and deliver quality work. I am a kind, transparent, helpful leader who loves to "get his hands dirty" and trust his collaborators. For me, people are at the heart of the company.
