My digital marketing journey started in 1998 when I moved from producing printed brochures and leaflets to producing and launching the first website for Esat Digifone, My career has since focused solely on digital marketing and communications and, more recently, on social media. I currently work as Social Media Specialist for Zurich Ireland and key responsibilities include: • Implementing social media strategy • Manage change and adopt social media into corporate culture • Work with the Zurich marketing team to integrate social into all marketing activities • Plan and manage key brand social media campaigns • Manage the Zurich Ireland presence on key social networking sites • Monitor trends, brand mentions & related topics/conversations in social media Digital experience includes: digital production team management, social media management, web analytics, content development and publishing.
