I have a diverse educational background, with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from George Brown College, a diploma in Business Management from National Institute of Information and Technology and Professional Skills, and a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Mumbai. I also have a certificate course on insolvency and bankruptcy code 2016 and a LinkedIn certificate on thinking like a lawyer to make decisions and solve problems. I am currently working as a Shift Lead at Laline, a leading beauty and wellness retailer, where I provide exceptional customer service and support sales growth.Previously, I was a Workplace Investigator People and Culture Intern at University Health Network, where I assisted in conducting investigations on complaints and violations of policies and legislations, collecting and analyzing data and metrics, writing reports and briefs, and collaborating with various stakeholders. I also have over five years of experience at Bank of America, where I handled data management, recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, and query resolution as a Human Resources Coordinator.
