About Emerald Green

I graciously received my Bachelors of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University. In addition to my Graduate degree at West Chester University receiving a Master of Social Work. Academically I have gained foundational skills, practices and tools to have effectively help over 4-5 organizations deliver exemplary services, over the course of 7 years. I have explored the dynamics of individuals and families using an interdisciplinary approach. To examining youth development and social justice as it relates to poor socioeconomic outcomes. I have been equipped with the skills needed to understand the challenges individuals face in today's changing society. I am able to serve youth, adults and families. From working with children with developmental barriers, to working with adults in the IDD community, to providing support and resources to individuals facing housing insecurities, to conducting family therapy. My diverse background has given me a wealth of knowledge and experience that is irreplaceable. My experience as a MSW Social Worker, working closely along side organizations, communities and within systems has been a journey. I am operating as the owner of Dropping Gems LLC. Our Mission is to help individuals and small businesses leverage available resources and services to achieve healthy development and positive socioeconomic outcomes. We provide services and digital products.
