I'm excited to be starting a new chapter as Operations Manager at Primera Group, where I’ll be focusing on driving collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement across operations.As Operations Coordinator at Redline Glass, my primary focus was procurement, including sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, optimizing processes, and driving operational efficiency. With a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Victoria, I bring a blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to my work.During my Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria, I developed a well-rounded understanding of business operations, including operations management, marketing, accounting, and sustainable business practices. My academic foundation, combined with several co-op work terms, has helped me build strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills that I continue to apply in my role today.I am dedicated to continually refining my skills and contributing to the success of my team and the company.
