By interviewing and selecting an employment law firm within Canada and hosting Canada-specific labor law training, I ensured the company was prepared for audits. • On behalf of Bankers Healthcare Group, I delivered employee termination training to 300+ team leaders. Creating and enforcing new guidelines, I encouraged a compassionate, compliant, and effective termination process, that resulted in a 30% reduction in complaints from former employees.
