About Emerson Junior

I started working from a very early age, when I was a child, I used to accompany my parents in the countryside and today I see how hard it was all that routine, but even when I was very young I had the opportunity to learn to value hard work, loo in my adolescence, even if informal, I had my first job as a salesman at a sporting goods store. For a long time I felt unmotivated by being in the wrong place doing the wrong thing, when I finally discovered that my passion is optimizing processes and transforming business, my life changed. The purpose and sense of belonging was completely different, so today what I'm always looking for is to be able to add the most to where I am. My motivation is far beyond the financial, it is linked to a passion for the feeling of "Job done, another happy company".
