I have over 20 years of experience in building and leading top-performing teams, turning around distressed organizations, establishing HR departments from the ground up, and aligning HR strategy to business initiatives. In my current role as SVP of Human Resources at Plaza Home Mortgage, I leverage my skills and credentials in process improvement, new business development, HR, LEAN Six Sigma, and CPLP to drive organizational excellence and growth. One of my specializations is in transforming organizations to be leaner, more productive, and with highly vested and engaged employees. I am also passionate about creating and implementing culture, IO psych, and DEI programs that foster a diverse, inclusive, and empowering work environment.
