About Emi Oshima

I’m grateful to have lived a beautifully full life. I’ve worked alongside people in partnership, coaching and teaching for over 20 years in the areas of wholeness, wellness, and well-being, with an emphasis on the connection to the mind and body through meditation and the arts. I deeply value human connection through facilitation. It is through my experience with all walks of life and in non-profits, health care delivery, and equity, diversity, and inclusion programming that I’ve grown my skills in communications, creative problem solving, community engagement, strategic and organizational development, and leadership skill-building. I feel that when we are living in our truth, the beauty of the world is reflected in our own energy, and I enjoy guiding others in exploring this capacity to connect with the world within and around them. I am certain I am here to help you fulfill your purpose.
