PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS MAC Engineering – Well Health Project o Objective: Provide operations with a real-time, graphical user interface for their field wells, allowing for tracking of work flows, safety and compliance, operator performance, well downtime, and other key performance indicators. o Responsibilities: Scripting, Human Machine Interface (HMI) screen development, database development and configuration, on-site and remote troubleshooting, testing and commissioning, project scoping, estimating, scheduling, documentation, quality control and on-going maintenance for all areas that use Well Health. o Results: The proactive maintenance and failure analysis provided by the project led to increase in production, decrease in downtime, reduction of spills, and more efficient chemical usage, giving a benefit of $18 million/year to the client. This initial success led to the request for an offline version, which was supplied and implemented (28% under budget) in another field area in 2017. MAC Engineering – ProTrend to CygNet Pilot Project o Objective: Design and implement a work process for the transfer of fluid analysis data from ProTrend into both CygNet and various RTU types. o Responsibilities: Project scoping, estimating, scheduling, testing, documentation, and configuration of CygNet. Script and batch files were created to import and export data into CygNet and RTUs. o Results: A new formal process and documentation was created for transfer of fluid analysis data and CygNet and field RTUs.
