About Emil Minev

Driven by a deep curiosity for how people learn, perform, and grow, I help organizations reinvent HR and People Development through the smart use of AI and human-centered design. My mission is to make learning, leadership, and performance systems more intelligent, adaptive, and truly human. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve led global learning and talent strategies across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia — including as VP People Development at Paysafe, where I built and scaled global L&D programs for employees. Earlier in my career, I had the privilege to shape development and performance initiatives at HP and Coca-Cola, designing award-winning solutions recognized by ATD, Brandon Hall, and HCM Excellence Awards. Today, my focus is on helping HR and business leaders navigate the intersection of AI, learning, and organizational transformation — blending strategy with innovation to deliver measurable impact.
