Before joining Paradox, I was a Verification Training Specialist at Carvana, where I created and hosted training content for new hires and coaches, and established strong leadership and new-hire relationships. I have also gained hands-on experience in insurance, underwriting, quality assurance, and social media management in previous customer service roles.
