About Emilee Rose

My journey in the fitness and wellness space started as an NBA dancer just looking for a side job to help pay the bills. As an entry level Sales Associate for Orangetheory Fitness, with zero sales experience, I quickly found a niche in the boutique fitness industry. As I moved through the roles of sales, to coaching, to management, I fell in love with the processes of a franchise model and the community that only a well run front of house team can create. Amidst covid, I spent some time with a fitness start up helping launch reporting and stream lining processes in the capital raising stages, where I presented promotions that led us to our highest grossing revenue month to date. I soon headed back to the franchise world, this time on the corporate side with StretchLab, where I worked with the sales team to successfully open brand new locations across the US - celebrating 200 open locations within 5 years. Now, as the Director Of Operations for a Charlotte start up 'The Health Club', I facilitate success for all avenues of the business. We house 4 unique boutique fitness experiences - bootcamp, yoga, mat pilates, and reformer pilates - with a robust team of 30+ group fitness instructors to provide an all inclusive membership that does not lack in high end instruction. After opening our doors with maxed out membership and a growing waitlist, we now aim to retain our membership base while growing the THC brand and name to be Charlotte's #1 Gym and Recovery destination.
