As an experienced Human Resources, Health, and Wellbeing professional, I bring over 15 years of expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive health and wellbeing strategies that align with organizational goals and promote long-term wellbeing outcomes. My career has been dedicated to fostering a culture of health, safety, and wellbeing within large organizations, including the European Investment Bank (EIB) and ArcelorMittal. At the EIB, I led the development and execution of the Organisational Health and Wellbeing Strategy, managing a diverse team of health professionals and overseeing a budget exceeding €2 million annually. My role involved designing and implementing various health programs, including medical assistance, health promotion events, return-to-work processes, and mental health plans. I also played a key role in policy development, risk assessments, and crisis management, ensuring the wellbeing of over 4,500 employees. In my previous role at ArcelorMittal, I defined and planned the Group Health Strategy, managed worldwide health projects, and collaborated with NGOs to address public health challenges in resource-limited settings. My work included developing training programs, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. I am passionate about creating a workplace culture that prioritizes mental, physical, and emotional health.
