About Emilie Gray

With a nursing background, I have developed expertise in many areas of care and particularly in Cardiology. I then moved to a teaching role in a nursing school before completing a master's degree in Healthcare Management. Currently, I am leading the Claims Team at Medigo GmbH where we facilitate access to healthcare for patients and health insurance partners on a global scale. Some of my tasks include: • Managing and developing an international team of Claims Managers including conducting performance reviews and delivering improvement oriented feedback • Overseeing complex insurance claims and cases of particular importance • Ensureing that the team has met the service level agreements and report on the team's KPIs and overall performance • Coaching and mentoring team members to enforce best practices and ensure a high level of accuracy and service orientation
