About Emilie Qvant

I have worked dedicatedly and passionately within the field of strategic leadership development, culture transformation and organisation development throughout my career – both as an external consultant with PwC and Mannaz and in internally as part of ambitious People & Organisation functions in VELUX and currently in Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners. Throughout the years, I have partnered with numerous large Danish and international companies on how to develop their organisation, leadership capabilities and culture to transform their business and realise their strategic ambitions. I thrive working in the intersection between a company’s business objectives, future strategic challenges and the culture and behaviors in the organisation – as this is where I believe companies need to focus to perform and transform – and I have a strong ability to develop processes and concepts to bridge these to drive the company forward. Both as an external consultant and in my current internal roles, I have been managing and leading large and cross-organisational development projects with many diverse stakeholders and in complex and global environments. From this, I have built strong abilities to navigate organisations and leading implementation and change with a collaborative mindset and an understanding of diverse interests and stakeholder dynamics. It comes natural to me to build strong and trusting relationships to the people around me, and I enjoy setting an ambitious direction and motivating people to work together to achieve great results.
