About Emilie Takeda

Spending 18 years in the software industry, playing the role of "product manager / owner / marketing manager / presales"(and sometimes all the roles at the same time!), I love to transform customers needs into solutions, coordinate and federate multidisciplinary and international teams. Today, as an employee within a large group, I feel I have a responsibility into triggering a change into our "business as usual" by putting CSR at its heart. I am shifting into a greener role, learning about sustainable IT, and bringing awareness about climate and ecological stakes by becoming a facilitator of the Climate Fresk. Above all, with all my years of experience in Product, I am shifting into a coach role, as I want to help others to change their ways of building products, and I use my sketchnoting capabilities to facilitate communication whenever I can. I am also an active member of the veggie garden of the IT campus of my company in Montreuil where we apply permaculture principles, which I also apply on my personal 4sqm balcony! Today, my subjects of interest and on which I would be delighted to exchange are coaching, Sustainable IT, climate change awareness, urban permaculture and sketchnoting;)
