About Emilie Turmel

My role is to support the digitalization of the training offer at Global Customer Service ( GCS) level and follow the execution of the immersive/ blended learning roadmap with the GCS & Global Customer Service Industry ( GCIS). But what does it mean exactly? Trainers need some help and some digital tools to create training on products ( videos, content, quizzes, teams groups and so on) for corporate, subsidiaries and distributors. So, I'm in charge :* to assess the needs of each project, monitor its progress & validate the steps in a GANTT tool, ensure the compliance of the related quality process * to make techno-watch, provide technical expertise to select the right tool to be used in #inclass",#blended" and #distance learning by my colleagues, mostly trainers.* I'm involved in the purchase, deployment and delivery of those tools with the help of our IT department * I train & support the GCS trainers on it in French and in English ( give technical and pedagogical expertise / design/ creation advice)* I also publish some content on our learning portal which is open to every subsidiaries and distributors Worldwide- Mon CV en détail : Gallup Clifton Strenghs 2022: Strategic, Maximizer, Ideation, Responsability, Adaptability
