I am a productive and committed legal professional with a proven success record and progressive experience of 6+ years within the legal industry. I am highly skilled in drafting summons, complaints, motions, discovery, and pleading legal research. Adept at modern technological equipment and software including additional expertise in conducting research and writing with Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, CEB, Bloomberg, and Google. I am from the California Central Valley originally with roots based in this community. I have dedicated a large part of my legal career serving underrepresented individuals and families along with immigrant communities from different countries across the world. Before joining DRE, A.P.C. as an Attorney, I advised and represented numerous California residential tenants seeking housing justice during the difficult time when many had experienced life struggles caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. My prior immigration experience includes having worked in high volume immigration law firms specializing in family-based petitions, removal defense, and humanitarian cases. I always had a burning desire to serve the immigrant community due to my deep passion for immigration law in a world that has given birth to so many inspirational immigration stories including my own which is rooted in my family’s history. I look forward now to continuing my work towards a brighter future for individuals, families, and business organizations by helping to navigate through the immigration legal terrain involving family-based petitions, removal defense, humanitarian cases, and employment matters.
