About Emilio Rivas

With over 25 years of executive experience leading multicultural and diverse teams in Chile, across Latin America and globally, I bring deep expertise in managing international technology projects in mobility, tolling, telecommunications, services, and security. I have a proven track record in developing strategy, sales, negotiation, implementation, and operation of complex and innovative solutions that deliver value to clients and stakeholders. Currently, I lead the development of global strategic partnerships for Kapsch TrafficCom, a world leader in intelligent transportation systems. I leverage my background as a Civil Engineer from PUC, my MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and my AMP from Columbia University to design and execute effective strategies and business development aligned with the company’s vision and goals. I am passionate about servant leadership, continuous learning, and collaboration to create a positive impact in the world.
