Emily is a consummate hospitality professional with over 10 year of experience, who has recently founded Salt Shaker Consulting. Our luxury consulting firm is synonymous with professionalism and opulence in the hospitality industry and has crafted a name for itself helping clients create memories that last, no matter what industry our clients reside. Emily’s career started in Saratoga Springs, New York where she thrived in the sophisticated & prestigious environment that is synonymous with the Saratoga Race Track. After graduating early from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.), focused in International Business, Emily moved to Boston, MA. There she managed one of the city’s most renowned restaurants, while overseeing a 1.5-million-dollar gut renovation for another restaurant at the same time. From her work at The Philadelphia Cricket Club to The Yale Club of New York City, Emily has proven her ubiquitous skill set across the industry, having most recently found herself as the Director of The Rainbow Room over seeing their Private Dining Club. Emily’s skillset, experience, and reputation speaks for itself.
