About Emily Assinder

I have been working and delivering in the industry of training, coaching and holistic therapies for the last 4 years. My passion of working individually with clients within the areas of nutrition, relaxation techniques, stress management and cognitive behavioural therapy as given me the opportunity to work creatively with each and every client, resulting in them to fully achieve and maintain their journey and expression in their own unique way. Offering one on one sessions within all aspects of holistic therapies, to be conducted over 3 or 6 session packages. When these packages are booked then you will also recieve a complementary 20 minute exploratory session, for us to determine where your mind, heart and spirit is and how to move forward. I also have extensive experience working as a trainer, coach and facilitator with young adults going through college, university and summer school programmes. Having also designed and delivered my own programmes in partnership with several joint ventures successfully and to the highest of levels of professionalism and results. Having the key goal of each programme to be specific, engaging and productive for all to enjoy and achieve.
