About Emily Baigent

I am a Graduate Energy Carbon & Sustainability Consultant working over a range of commercial property types and services in Scotland, England and Ireland. My main areas of focus are within the field of EPC & MEES advice, energy modelling, and whole life carbon with a keen professional interest in the circular economy. I am a member of the SPF's Sustainability and Building Design Committee and have also contributed to published works for the RICS isurv library, BE News, and Property Week. In addition, I am a young ambassador to the Sustainability & You engagement platform, releasing podcasts and content on the world of sustainability. I am passionate about outreach and engagement and as a keen cyclist I co-ambassador Club Peloton's Edinburgh hub. My outreach efforts have involved engaging with schools, colleges, universities, and students to promote diversity within the built environment and encourage young people to enter the industry.
