Areas I Excel In Early in my career, I realized a passion for teaching others to ensure they had the proper education to succeed, which led me to earn my Master’s Degree in education. I had the privilege of teaching in the classroom and was instrumental in creating curriculum from the ground up. As my career evolved, I maintained my commitment to teaching and training, but took that experience to the business world to expand my skills. I am an award-winning salesperson and have devised engaging and compelling training materials including videos, presentations, knowledge boards, templates, workflows, and resources for various organizations. I facilitate staff training covering customer success, sales/marketing, and product/service concepts. I am adept at troubleshooting and rapidly resolving issues. Some of My Proudest Accomplishments Spearheaded launch of Equity for Educators Financial Aid Program to provide home buying opportunities for teachers. Partnered with lenders to provide down payment assistance and personally contributed commissions to assist with closing costs.
