About Emily Beaver

I bring structure, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving teams. I have worked inside early-stage startups and Fortune 100 companies, always gravitating toward the messy middle. I thrive in moments when people need direction, priorities are shifting, and systems still need to be built. I began my career in finance and marketing, leading national campaigns and operational systems at companies such as Wells Fargo and American Express. It taught me how to move within large organizations, build trust quickly, and get things done. Over time, I realized I was most energized when I was closer to the action. I love supporting founders, guiding strategy, and helping teams actually move forward. Now I focus on bringing those skills to mission-driven companies where the work matters and the pace is real. I care deeply about team dynamics, culture, and making sure great ideas do not get lost in the chaos. Outside of work, I ran the NYC Marathon while raising over five thousand dollars for the Release Recovery Foundation, a nonprofit focused on mental health. I also co-founded a seasonal cookie business that brings a little joy and creativity to my corner of New York. I am currently based in New York and open to opportunities in Austin, Chicago, or other major cities.
