I enjoy contributing, designing, and finding the mutual understanding between Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal team members and ultimately the customer base itself. I hate deal killers. I believe a good idea can be a great idea through collaboration. Through these understandings, I build cohesive workflows between Sales and Legal team members to streamline the deal processes for higher conversions to close, while minimizing risks to the company. I was once told that my best attribute is my hunger to complete goals. This means that I work to complete the task at hand - 100%. It’s like a puzzle, what’s the point if you have missing pieces? Taking the time needed to complete the puzzle can be necessary but finishing is the point. Building a solid foundation with a Sales team on how they can be successful on their own, and with the help from their Legal department by providing a clear explanation and understanding of the Rules of Engagement. Foundational knowledge by Sales, of the why the legal department does the things they do, is key for understanding and implementing streamlined processes for success.
