Responsible for health system performance measurement and data analytics utilizing Lean methodology by providing real time dashboards for standard clinical and operational metrics as well as on the fly metrics to capture new and innovative comparisons - Provides comprehensive analysis of performance measurement, comparative data trends across state and national standards, voice of the customer and market data selection, and measurement agility to determine strategic improvements in the data process- Advises leadership in identifying and developing effective and efficient means of measuring clinical outcomes using the dashboards as well as other action oriented standard reporting tools- Plans and executes data management projects- Utilizes the electronic medical record, and other systems and databases to extract and analyze data efficiently to provide individualized dashboards to appropriate departments and clinical groups- Works with clinical managers and Quality Evaluation Services to monitor and report measures consistent with the standards/requirements of The Joint Commission (TJC), CMS, and other measures identified by the organization- Leads department staff in analyzing data collection workflows in the Lean methodology for relevant departments to ensure workflow efficiency for both end users and analysts
