About Emily Breitenecker

As a double major in Political Science and Psychology at Tufts University, I have developed skills in collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to create tangible change for long-term impacts. I am passionate about applying these skills to solve real-world problems and come up with comprehensive, tactical solutions. This past summer, I was the Facilities and Safety intern at Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG), where I had the opportunity to work with all of their businesses and strategize solutions that promote food safety and hospitality. Through this internship, I learned how to collaborate with diverse teams, manage multiple projects, and adhere to high standards of quality and compliance. I am particularly interested in creating solutions to increase sustainability initiatives across industries, which is crucial for our future success.
