As a results-driven Quality Assurance Executive, I’m passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint. With a strong focus on growth mindset and human connection, I bring a positive approach to support both team performance and customer experience. My background in QA, Customer Support, and Brand Marketing for global retailers has helped hone my skills in delivering impactful, empathetic service and championing the voice of the customer. In my current role at Gymshark, I’m part of a high-performing team dedicated to maintaining world-class customer support and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and coaching sessions. Alongside my role, I’m committed to my own personal growth, having completed leadership courses and mentoring programmes, as well as working with stakeholders to develop my own understanding of UX Research. I believe in fostering strong human connections while empowering teams to do the right thing for the customer, always.
