About Emily Bunch

As a Senior Sales Trainer at American Fidelity, I leverage my expertise in adult education and training to design and deliver effective learning strategies for over 400 field colleagues. With a Master's degree in Adult Education & Training and an MBA in progress, I have a strong foundation in instructional design, curriculum development, and assessment creation. In this role, as Board Chair, and my previous role with I navigate conversations and planning with cross-functional stakeholders working to drive consensus in order to make progress on initiatives and meet goals. I am also a certified Challenger Sales Facilitator and champion, with a proven track record of implementing best practices and methodologies in sales training. I collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure the best practices of learning and development are utilized on our team. Additionally, I manage LMS content and reporting for our team, and I am a certified administrator for ExpertusONE Learning Management System. My goal is to empower our sales team with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the insurance industry.
