Overseen the successful installation, testing, and delivery of over 100 bioreactors in 11 different countries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations. Managed end-to-end project execution for over $5 million in biotech and OEM service projects, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery. Developed performance-driven teams, coaching field service engineers across six different countries to achieve high CSAT scores and operational KPIs.
