Ability to operate in both Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, including experience with P6 implementation, configuration, and administration. Firm understanding of industry best practices in schedule development and analysis, and comfortable supporting all phases of the program lifecycle, from proposal through execution. I want to know everything there is to know about the task at hand so I can do it to the best of my ability. If I don't have the answer, I find it. 10 years ago I would have said I was an introvert, but I have read, studied, and practiced to become the kind of person who can be outgoing and relationship driven. I listen well and contribute to the teams I am part of with valuable input. I don't hold back when I know that I can provide the information needed for success. I make sure that I am soaking in the knowledge of others in order to make my role more productive to the team effort. I love to read and find ways to improve myself as a person, a team member, and an employee. I am always looking for new and exciting opportunities.
