About Emily Codner

I’m a builder, a leader, and a champion for people — especially women — in the promotional products industry. Starting as an Invoicing Coordinator at iPROMOTEu, I’ve worked my way through multiple departments, learning the business from the inside out. Along the way, I’ve discovered my passion: creating service experiences that make our Affiliates feel supported, successful, and seen. That passion led me to co-create the Affiliate Services team, where I now serve as Director of Customer Service — leading with empathy, strategy, and a deep understanding that when our Affiliates thrive, so do we. Leadership, for me, is about putting my team first. I believe in open communication, collaboration, and empowering people to bring their ideas forward. Because in fast-moving industries like ours, the best ideas often come from the ground floor — and the only failure is not trying. Beyond iPROMOTEu, I’m deeply involved in giving back to the industry that’s given so much to me. I proudly serve on the Board of Directors for NEPPA (our regional association), where I help shape initiatives that support and elevate our local promo community. I also contribute nationally through my work on PPAI’s Women’s Leadership Conference workgroup, and I lead A Woman’s View at iPROMOTEu — a year-round initiative focused on educating and empowering women across the industry, Affiliates and non-Affiliates alike. As a mom to two amazing girls, this work is more than professional — it’s personal. I want them, and every woman in this space, to know that anything is possible when you believe in yourself and show up with grit and heart. Believe in yourself. The best is yet to come.
