Oh! Hello! Fancy seeing you here! ‍ If we've met before - it's great to see you, and if we haven't, Hi - I'm Emily, what a pleasure to meet you! I'm getting to the stage of my career where it's starting to form a bit of a tapestry. It's a bit funky looking and it doesn't make a lot of sense, but I'm proud of every step I've taken to date and the unique skill set that it's given me. I would describe myself as a people-orientated technologist. I'm passionate about helping people find their way through technical careers and hoping that the skills and experiences that I have, can add value and point people in the right direction. I'm currently the Technology Academy Lead at Auto & General which is a pretty unique role that sees me leading a team of fresh software developers as we work together to build on their technical knowledge and transition them into development roles.
