I specialise in building scalable, resilient technology platforms, particularly through leveraging cloud-based technologies to accelerate delivery, support organisational growth, and maximise value. In my current role as Executive Manager, Core Data Platforms at Suncorp, I lead strategy, architecture, technology enablement, and operations for Suncorp’s Data Services ecosystem. My leadership spans over cross-functional team members and squads, guiding them through a distributed matrix model to achieve ambitious goals. A major accomplishment in this role has been successfully leading the migration of over 1,500 Data Assets from legacy on-premise systems to our cloud-based platform, a key enabler of our digital transformation. Throughout my career, I’ve built, mentored, and empowered high-performance teams that challenge the status quo, support one another, and balance hard work with a sense of humour.
